J. A. Marsden, and his henchman El Lobo, the villains of the serial is aiming at taking over the railroad, and the owners of the railroad dont wish to sell it. Their business partner Don Manuel Vega, he contacts his nephew James Vega, who is the great grandson of Zorro ! Sadly James is not a great hero, but he does set up camp in the original lair of the original Zorro, and works to save the day using his twin pistols and whip ! Will he succeed ??
